11th Hour Service

June 19 marks the day in 1865 when news of emancipation finally reached enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, extending freedom to those who had remained enslaved more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued.

11th Hour Service joins communities across the nation in recognizing Juneteenth and its significance as a day of remembrance, reflection, and learning.

We are proud to highlight Ronald Paggao, who joined the team in October 2025 to help advance and lead key aspects of our Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence and AI capabilities, bringing both technical expertise and a clear focus on scalable, results-driven solutions for our business, project teams and clients.

From day one, Ronald has taken ownership of building a strong operational foundation—using collaboration to establish governance, developing structured workflows, and creating the infrastructure needed to support secure, repeatable Ai and automation across the organization. His work has been instrumental in positioning our Intelligent Automation CoE for long-term success, while aligning with federal market requirements and evolving technology priorities based on government and industry needs, wants and wishes - with a large focus on Ai workforce and coworkers.

Over the past eight months, Ronald has continued to expand his impact by driving meaningful collaboration across teams. He has contributed to high-visibility initiatives, helping 11th Hour Service drive a more seamless work world.

Beyond delivery, Ronald embodies our people-centric culture through his responsiveness, collaboration, and commitment to continuous learning—ensuring not only that solutions are built, but that they are sustainable and aligned with organizational goals. Ronald enjoys a lot of time tinkering in new tech, spending time with his family and going to church. We are excited for Ronald to continue that great work he does, and co time to contribute to our growth.

11th Hour Service is honored to announce the award of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Services contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).

The VBA serves millions of veterans, service members, and their families through some of the nation's most critical benefits programs. We are proud to support this important mission by helping strengthen risk governance, accountability, and informed decision-making across the organization.
