Experience a multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel, thoughtfully paired with a selection of wines from the legendary Sancerre estate of Alphonse Mellot.

The evening begins with our Loire Sunset cocktail, followed by seasonal dishes including Seafood Pithivier, Roasted Lamb Loin, and Local Strawberry dessert paired with exceptional wines from the Loire Valley.
