That means more time gathered around the table, more familiar faces, more catching up with neighbors, and plenty of moments that remind us what community is all about. 😊

We’re excited to share our Summer Café Schedule and hope you’ll stop by and spend some time with us this summer.

Whether you come every week or it’s your very first visit, there’s always room at the table at Heart-n-Soul. Come hungry, bring a friend, and stay awhile.

Because feeding people is important… but building community around the meal is what really fills the heart. ❤️

April is Second Chance Month in North Dakota, as proclaimed by Governor Kelly Armstrong.

Every day, we see what’s possible when people are given the opportunity to move forward when barriers are reduced, support is available, and communities are willing to believe in second chances.

Throughout this month, we’ll be sharing stories of individuals who are working hard to rebuild their lives. These are stories of resilience, accountability, and hope. These are the moments that often go unseen, but they matter. They strengthen families, workplaces, and communities across our state.
