He typically trains 2 - 3 days per week. One day focuses on the squat (we use a safety squat bar.; He recently did 215 x 5). The other day focuses on the deadlift.

We sprinkle in some cable flyes, ab, quad, and hamstring work, and normally get a day of cardio on the echo bike.

Our Story
We believe in showing people what their bodies are capable of. Strength is the foundation for aging well and living the life you want. We train people with no history or experience with exercise and get them stronger than they've ever been. We do this in a small group setting in our private gym. We teach and educate along the way, and give you the tools you'll need to keep going for the long haul.
