For years, our own Mike Griggs has been the one keeping the knives at Mezzaluna razor sharp. Next week, he’s opening up his sharpening service to the Fargo community.
Have a favorite chef’s knife that’s lost its edge? Bring it in and let us help bring it back to life.
🔪 Drop Off: Tuesday 6/23 – Saturday 6/27, 5pm-9pm
🔪 Pick Up: Tuesday 6/30 – Friday 7/3, 5pm-9pm

Pricing:
• $10 each
• $45 for 5 knives
• $90 for 10 knives
Please bring knives wrapped safely in a knife roll, sheath, or other protective covering.

Meet the Askegaards 🌾 A family whose roots run deep in the Red River Valley and whose passion for the land continues to grow with each generation. Mark Askegaard has dedicated his life to organic agriculture and strengthening local food systems.
At the Askegaard's farm south of Moorhead, farming is truly a family effort. Alongside her father Mark, Beth McConnon carries on the legacy for a sixth generation.
At Mezzaluna, we are proud to partner with families like the Askegaards who are committed to doing things the right way. Their dedication to regenerative practices align directly with our commitment to sourcing local, high-quality ingredients as much as possible. It's about supporting local farmers, strengthening our community, and keeping those connections close to home. ❤️
Currently find their wheatberries on our duck, their whole wheat flour in our rustic loaf served alongside burrata, and their whole flaxseed garnishing our dinner rolls.
