✨ Meet RyLee | Energy Bodywork ✨

Many people know me through Pole Body, but another part of my work focuses on emotional healing and energy work through Energy Body.

In my sessions and programs, I help people release stored stress and emotional patterns in the body, regulate the nervous system, and move through deeper layers of healing that often aren’t reached through traditional approaches alone.

This work is especially supportive for people navigating stress, anxiety, relationship patterns, or feeling stuck in old emotional cycles.

I love being part of The Studio Wellness Collective because it allows multiple paths to healing to exist in one space — movement, bodywork, energy work, and community.

We are honored to welcome Amanda to Studio Wellness Collective, a deeply intuitive and highly trained therapeutic bodyworker whose practice bridges anatomy, fascia, nervous system regulation, and energy medicine.

Amanda began her healing path with Reiki in 2016 and completed a 900-hour massage therapy program in 2017. Since then, she has continued expanding her work through advanced study in:

• Ayurvedic Bodywork
• Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Massage
• Energy Work Integration
