Show your daughter what "I Love You" means,

Before some other guy comes along and shows her what it doesn't.

One of the most pivotal and important roles a Father can play, is to show his daughter what unconditional love looks like.

This means the attention he pays to her, the way he treats her mother, the way he takes care of himself, the way he treats strangers and those less fortunate.

A Father's role is to provide the sense of self worth to his daughter so that she will never settle for anything less than what she's worth.

Any guy can be a Dad,

But very few can be a Father.

Let your daughters know how it feels to be truly loved, so she won't grow up looking for it from some guy that doesn't have a clue what it means.

Recently,

I've been working with one of my clients on detoxing from a m**h addiction.

One of the biggest things I notice in a lot of people attempting to detoxify from anything - is the lack of dreaming.

If you're not dreaming - you have a serious problem.

The soul has "x" amount of energy that it can expend on a daily basis.

The lower your vibration physically, emotionally, and spiritually - the more your soul has to "stay" with your body when you go to sleep. The soul is required to stay with the body to keep it sustained and functioning, lest the soul not have a body to return to if it tries to go and travel time and space.

When you body is too stressed out - this is one of the main causes for lack of the soul's capacity to venture out and resolve the things it needs to.

My recent client we've been working on a few things, and they finally started dreaming again.

In their dreams - they were smoking m**h and it really freaked them out, because they felt incredible guilt and shame for doing so.

This is a subconscious pattern being communicated by the soul and subconscious of the guilt and shame they've felt over the years for developing an addiction - and through these dreams the subconscious was able to communicate how it felt.

You see, the soul and the subconscious speak through symbolism - not as a "direct" conversation so to speak. Jungian Psychology is especially useful to interpret these dreams - as EVERY little thing is communicating som**hing through symbolism.

Were you in water?
Were you alone?
What did you look like?
Were there any objects such as a balloon?
Were there any colors?
Was there a particular situation?
Did you have a particular feeling?

One of the first biggest things I work with - is to get people dreaming again, and actually getting them into deep enough sleep, and reducing the stress enough on the body to allow them to achieve a dream state.

The most powerful ways to detox emotions and stuck energy, is through dreaming.

While waking emotional detox can be wonderful, don't get me wrong - the MOST powerful way is to get yourself into that dream state and slowed down enough that the subconscious can "vomit" the things it's holding onto.
