When asked about something she has accomplished at the company that she is proud of, Melanie narrowed it down to her top five:

- Having KGPCo Canada recognized as an authorized supplier for the Government of Quebec
- Having over a dozen inactive accounts reactivated in the past year and securing new business
- Developing an automated system for the follow-up of open orders for the Quebec team to improve customer relations and satisfaction
- Helping in the translation of some documentation to improve the communication with our French customers and strengthen their trust in KGPCo Canada
