SMART Local 480

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the parade this weekend! The float was beautiful and everyone had a great time. We gave away 90 lbs of candy to the community during the parade!!! Thank you to everyone who participated!

Happy Summer! We have 2 parades that we will be participating in this summer and we are looking for volunteers from the Union to help with our entry in the parades and making the "float" (err, otherwise known as decorating the trailer) -- Heritage Days (Faribault) on June 13 and Straight River Days (Medford) on June 19th! Look for the sign up sheet in your building, or email us at "[email protected]" or FB message us about your interest. Children are welcome!!

We will have touchpoint prior to the parade, and share more details as we get closer, just let us know you're in! We hope to see you there!

SAVE THE DATES! We have two upcoming parades for Union members and family to participate in this June. We will be looking for help to make the float AND also for people to participate in the parade. These are family friendly (kid friendly) events. For now, just mark your calendars and in a few days, watch for the sign up sheets!

Softball anyone? Let us know by April 20th if you are interested, we need at least 9 MEN to form a team to play in the Summer team in Owatonna along with a Men's Tournament in May at the Spring into Summer event (that is replacing Smokin' in Steel). Sorry about the tight turn around, we are trying something new!
