A couple of weeks ago, our VW team spent the week in our Farmington Hills office for ’22 planning, some team bonding, and even meeting some faces in person for the first time! Some traveling from our offices in California and VWs headquarters in Virginia.

Latcha is flex work location company – meaning most of our employees work from home, but we have the flex of coming into the office for any reason. Whether it’s getting away from the kids or needing to work something out whiteboard style – Latcha flexes to our employees needs.
