We are now selling sourdough bread weekly! Our bread is homemade and has just 3 ingredients: water, salt, flour. It takes 2 days to make!

3pm today!
Pick up 3-525pm

Then another batch Friday 3/13
Pick up after 430pm.

Cooking raw octopus can be tricky. I tend to buy it cooked any time I find it. This time we prepared it as a salad and it was quite a hit with the family. I used a simple lemon and shallot vinaigrette, then added veggies, cilantro and let it marinade for a few hours. That's it!

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
Zest of half lemon
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup olive oil.
