Teo and I tried the meatballs, gravy, peppers, and rice together, and let me tell you… we BOTH thought it was so good 👏🏽✨

It was warm, comforting, full of flavor, and honestly just what I was wanting 😭💛

I love trying new recipes, but I love it even more when I get to share them with Teo and we both enjoy every bite.

Nothing beats good food and making memories together. 💛

We were aiming for medium… but I think this one landed somewhere around medium well 😅👏🏽

And yes, I know… I should have let it rest a little longer 😭😂
But BABYYYY I was hungry and patience was not in the room today 💛

One thing I can tell right away?
Trying the garlic and shallot butter without salt definitely made a difference. It’s good, but I can tell it needed a little more seasoning 👀✨

That’s okay though… every steak teaches you something, and I’m always experimenting in this kitchen 😌🔥
