Hobbies are healthy, especially as you get older. My wife and I joined Ilovekickboxing in May, and it was one of the best decisions we've made for ourselves. We've met wonderful people and are slowly getting back into shape. I'm a Disabled Veteran with arthritis in my shoulders and back; tendonitis in my knees, nerve damage, chronic headaches... I could go on... I let the pain of working out deter me for a long time; but after a push from my wife to work through the pain, I've lost 30lbs and am still going strong. Disabilities only make you weaker if you let them.
