What is ethinyl estradiol (estrogen)???

This is synthetic estrogen, commonly used in birth control. It is very potent at small doses. It is utilized to prevent ovulation and alter your uterine lining (preventing pregnancy). It has a higher risk of thromboembolic events (blood clots). 😬

This is not the bioidentical estradiol used for women in hormone replacement! Absorption is different. Effects on receptor sites are different. Dosing is different.
