Fennimore Football

The time for the contact day for tomorrow (6/17) has been reduced to 9-11am. With the predicted weather, we will meet in the weightroom/all purpose room at 8:55am. Athletes only need to bring athletic shoes and a great attitude.

Contact Days are open to all Fennimore HS students interested in playing football this the fall. FOOTBALL = FUN 💪

REMINDER: Strength & Speed begins on Monday 6/8. CONTACT DAY WEDNESDAY 6/10 from 9-Noon. Contact days are open to anyone in grades 9-12 interested in playing football this fall.

Strength & Speed start times: 6:30am, 7:30am or 5:30pm Monday-Friday (no Friday PM lift)

Schedule:
Monday = Strength/Speed Day

Tuesday = Strength/Plyometric Day

*Wednesday = Speed/Plyometric Day with Mr. Mathews *Speed Test Out Day

Thursday = Injury Prevention Day with Mrs. Collins

**Friday = Strength/Plyometric **Strength/Plyometric Test Out Day

There will be at least 2 coaches at each of the morning sessions, so please encourage incoming MS students (6-8th grade) to come to the morning sessions if possible.
