🌟 Looking for 1 motivated individual with reliable transportation. Someone who enjoys working on & around vehicles, has a passion for automotive world & attention to detail is a must! Age & gender do not matter. Work ethic does.

🚗 Position will start off as part time detailer till training is completed. Once we know its a good fit & you complete our detail training, we will advance into paint correction training, ceramic coating application & much more learning + earning potential down the road such as training in window tint, PPF, audio, decals & much more!!

💰 We are offering part time during training period, 3 days a week to feel things out but we are looking for a long term full time team member who can learn & grow with a growing business. Tons of earning potential for the right person.

🌞 Whats the environment like? We are a service provider, we work from 1 main shop in fenton most days, but also work from others shops we partner with, & go mobile to clients houses.
Most days you will have a space to yourself in the shop with everything needed to complete the job within arms reach. Work space is Heated in the winter & a/c in the summer. Most days each person works on their own vehicle, can blast music, work indoors or outdoors if weather permits, I get you set up at the start of each day, give you the run down on the job, then go start on my duties as tinter & appointment setter. Witch take up majority of my time. We start at 10am most days. 9am on real busy days.

Pay is based on the type of job being done. For example. An interior only detail on a car that should take 4hrs or less we pay 100$. If its real dirty, or getting full shampooing we pay an extra 50-100$.. we also do things like upsell clay bar treatments & motor bay cleanings, that can add another 100$ in earnings for worker.
So the day can start off as a simple 100$ per interior only but often we find things to upsell & that just adds more earnings potential. Once fully trained. Most easily make 200-300+ a day for 8hrs or less.
