WHAT WE DO: FABRICATION

As an AISC Certified Building Fabricator, we can provide much more than structural steel for your project. Behind our steel is a yearly audited quality program, an in-house quality control inspector, and a quality system committed to providing error-free product. We are constantly implementing new processes and programs to improve our product. One of these is implementing Tekla EPM to streamline our process from estimating, detailing, purchasing, and fabrication. The end result is a quality product with a better value for our customers.

We utilize the latest in CNC machines for fabrication. Our facility uses Ficep steel construction machinery with lines for drilling, coping, sawing, and angle / plate processing. We have worked with Ficep for years, updating our processes as new technology has been made available. We utilize scribe marking, which etches piece, mark, and placement details on the main members, allowing for less time for measuring and layout, less human error, and quicker fit up and welding.
