We are excited to introduce and announce our new RRCA Rep for the State of Missouri, Lisa Williams.

Lisa resides in St. Louis, MO and is the President of the Metro Milers Running and Walking Club. The club hosts the Route 66 10K which is an RRCA State Championship event. She is also on the planning committee for the Greater St. Louis Marathon.

Running has been an important aspect of her life since joining the cross country team in high school. Although she was not able to run in college, she picked up running again after completing a BA in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Health Education from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and graduating with a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University.

Since 2011 she has run 28 half marathons, 8 full marathons and 10 ultra marathons including a supported run across MO on the Katy Trail.
