There’s no better way to kick off summer than our annual team meeting at the The Malt Shop in Fenton! It was the perfect day to come together, share fresh ideas, talk about goals for the months ahead, celebrate our incredible team, and get excited for everything to come. February is a great time to focus on home maintenance tasks that prepare your home for spring while ensuring it remains clean and organized during the winter months. We have a few warm days coming up to sneak in some things ahead of spring.

• Inspect and clean gutters to clear more leaves and remove debris to prevent water damage and ice dams.
• Change air filters to ensure your HVAC system is running efficiently, maintain good air quality, and maximize system performance.
• Clear areas of salt to prevent concrete pocking.
• Walk around the exterior to make sure limbs are away from roof line by at least 6 feet.
• Time to declutter and donate after the holidays as so many families are in need of coats and clothing.
