Tower Technician Positions Available!

Spectrum Construction is seeking Tower technicians for immediate employment in the Michigan market. The ideal applicant is highly motivated, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• The Tower Tech has successfully completed the following courses with proper documentation and certification: competent climber/rescue training, OSHA 10, First AID/CPR, and DOT Medical Card.
• Problem solving skills
• Good Communication skills.
• The ability to represent Spectrum Construction Services, Inc. appropriately and effectively in all interactions with the customer’s representatives on all matters concerning project ex*****on.
• The ability to work in a collaborative manner directly with the Top Hand. This is essential for successful ex*****on of the Tower Tech position.
• Required: A valid Michigan driver’s license and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s vehicle insurance carrier.
• Required: A valid chauffeurs license to operate all company vehicles.
• Required: 2 years + of infield training
