Good morning, good day, good evening. I realize just because it is morning for me it may not be for some of my Facebook friends on the other side of the world. Some sleep researchers find that the most optimal amount of sleep you need is 8 hours. How many hours do you typically sleep; and is that your choice, or do your circumstance demand it?
