Dear Mountain View Families,

Welcome back! We hope you’ve been enjoying a wonderful summer and are feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for another exciting school year at Mountain View Learning Center. We are truly looking forward to welcoming our students and families back into the building, hearing the buzz of learning in the classrooms, and seeing our hallways filled with joy, curiosity, and connection.

This year promises to be full of new learning opportunities, meaningful experiences, and continued growth for every child. Our team is committed to creating an environment where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore, discover, and succeed. We can’t wait to partner with you to make this our best year yet!

Our teachers will officially return on Friday, August 22, and our office staff will be back starting Monday, August 18 to begin connecting with you.

Key Dates to Remember:
Open House: Tuesday, August 26, 4:30–5:30 p.m., meet your teacher
Preschool First Day of School: Tuesday, September 2
Connect with Teachers: August 27-29 are times families can schedule time to connect with your child's teacher.

Help Us Spread the Word:
If you know any children who are 3 or 4 years old and might be interested in joining our half-day preschool program, we have several open spots we’d love to fill! Please direct families to the Preschool Interest Form on the Ferndale Schools website to get started.

We can’t wait to see everyone soon and start another year of learning, growth, and community together.
