These fascinating fish are found near Nicaragua, operating cleaning stations on the reef to remove parasites from other fish, and they even school! They eat algae, and small crustaceans & mollusks, well fed they will generally leave coral alone but similar to over "Reef safe with caution" species like dwarf angels, there is a risk for coral nipping.
