Hydraulic compactors are used throughout multiple industries to help recycle cardboard and paper products amongst other things. While relatively simple in design, they can also be extremely dangerous due to the high forces used in its operation. Associate will assemble parts sequentially according to specifications by using an array of tools and equipment. Associate will use knowledge, skills, and abilities to support Lean manufacturing processes by maintaining a clean and safe work area and following all quality and safety procedures. We prefer candidates who have some experience in manufacturing, but are willing to train the right person.
Associate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be proficient with a variety of manual and power tools; able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods; work and communicate effectively in a team environment; and be PC literate.
Mon. - Thurs.10 hour day shifts. $500 Signing bonus!
