Alchemy Perfume

My current still (pictured) is 10L and it has done some beautiful things. Most of the last three days has been spent running 15 hours of distilling time with home-grown organic lavender.

And now I have a gallon of hydrosol and about 20ml of amazingly fresh lavender angustifolia essential oil. Honestly, it doesn't compare to commercial production. So beautiful.

About 6ml is just the flowering tops and much more reminiscent of an absolute than the medical sharpness of typical essential oils.
