Summer is here and school's out! 🥳 Looking for some fun activities? We got you covered!

Check out the available classes on our website - we have sessions to make wall hanging signs, a bowl and a creature or a creature and a trinket. We're also opening our summer throwing courses up to kids ages 10 and up!

Out of town for the class dates? Come paint some pottery during Gallery hours! You made suggestions and we listened - be sure to check out the new items available next time you stop in. Let's get creative!

We are very honored to accept the award for Small Business of the Year, presented to us by the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce!

Valley View Pottery was one of four businesses nominated for the award, and we are beyond honored to have been selected! These other three businesses are also amazing pillars of Ferndale, so thank you to everyone who nominated and voted for us. We are so grateful for your continued support! And a huge thank you to my mother-in-law for accepting the award on our behalf.

Spring has sprung, which means Mother's Day is just around the corner! 💐

Come make a fun craft with us to give to your mom and/or that special woman in your life! You will make a name plate out of clay, design it and glaze it, all for just $40. Clay work dates are 4/17-4/25 only, so don't miss the opportunity to make your piece!

If you're looking for a fun Spring Break activity for your child aged 9-16, come join us for the Junior Throwing Class! The class will be held April 6-9 from from 10 am - 12 pm. Students will learn how to throw and trim on the wheel and select their glaze colors for each piece they create. Class price is $175.

New classes available now!

We are now offering three Beginner Throwing classes on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. There will also be an Open Studio/Independent Study course on Wednesdays.

We are very excited to announce we'll be holding a Spring Break Junior Throwing course from 4/6-4/9! Each session is two hours long for ages 9-16. Students will learn how to throw and choose glaze colors for their pieces. If you have or know a child or children who would be interested, be sure to sign them up!
