I must share a sad time in my life to all of my travel friends. My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer three weeks ago. Brian, my siblings, and I are handling around-the-clock care with her as we meet with oncologists and learn what her future holds. I miss visiting with each of you about travel and our hobby and will return at some time in the future. Please keep my mom, my family, and me in your thoughts and prayers.

I just posted my next Travel Tutor Tune Up event which is scheduled for Wednesday, November 30, from 7 to 8:15 p.m.. This Tune Up will cover two topics:

(1) Calculating the Value of Your Miles/Points Portfolio
(2) Organizing for 2017

We'll also discuss miles and points collecting strategies for December/January and, of course, Chase's ever-changing rules.

Each person or couple in attendance will receive his/her/their own custom organization packet for 2017. The session cost is $10 for an individual or $15 for a married couple. This session is limited to ten participants. The pre-requisite is Core , the Basics.
