🎉Big news!! Greenwood Heating & Air Conditioning is continuing to grow and expand their presence in the Puget Sound area. Our partnership has led to several successful projects including the relocation of their corporate headquarters and primary operations center to a new location in Tukwila, WA. The Tukwila facility features a 9,015 sq. ft. two-story office building and headquarters with an attached single-story warehouse component of 6,739 sq. ft.

Meanwhile, in Everett, we’re in the process of reimagining their existing space to create a more inviting atmosphere that echoes the design of their main office. It’s all about creating a seamless experience for their clients and team. Both will showcase a wall-sized timeline, a testament to their enduring legacy and pursuit of excellence.

The 50,000-square-foot, all-electric project is pursuing LEED Gold certification, which qualified the project for the city of Seattle’s Priority Green expedited permitting program and allowed the team to explore innovative strategies for reducing carbon.
