What do you like to do that makes you feel like a good again?

Have you ever wanted to help others but asked yourself, ”Who am I to think that I can possibly help that person?”

I have and it’s not a good place to be.

You see for years, I thought what I had to offer to others wasn’t good enough.

I had no self confidence, low self-esteem and I didn’t value myself.

I thought no one would want me to help them. What could I possibly offer them?

I doubted that I actually may be able to make a difference in someone’s life.

So… I kept quiet even when I knew I could help someone with something in their life.

My silence not only hurt myself but it kept others from growing.

We all have experiences, talents and skills that will help someone else. You just have to be willing to share how you can help.

Will you be able to help everyone you meet?

NO! But you will be able to help the people that need your help.

I encourage you to no longer withhold from others what you have to offer.

Whether you are leading a team, coaching others, raising children, volunteering, etc, please remember that you have so much to offer!

Everyone needs to have a shining light sometime in their life. Why not be that shining light?
