This is why I talk my customers out of doing it every year.....not necessary!
This is from OVER SEALING… do not Sealcoat every year, especially with latex sealer in buckets from home improvement stores… only Sealcoat as needed (2-3 years) with an asphalt emulsion to avoid this happeneing to your pavement.
