We’re adding more classes in the next two weeks! 💪🏻 It’s getting dark earlier, so we’re bumping up class this Thursday to 5:45pm and meeting at the parking lot at The Cove in Barefoot Lakes, to ensure the best lighting to get our workout in! I have been pretty quiet on IG and Facebook recently, but I am so excited to share with you some exciting news! This past weekend I attended the 2021 RECON REFIT Instructor Convention with all of my favorite people from Indy to CO. I left with a full heart!! And Kate left officially certified!! We are co-teaching REFIT on the fitness lawn at Barefoot Lakes every Thursday at 6:45pm. You can stay up to date on all REFIT class news over at and in the meanwhile I’ll still be posting about REV+FLOW. Classes start Tuesday mornings on July 13th. I’ll keep you posted with more details!
