We are an All Star Prep competition cheer squad for ages 9-14! All star cheer in a family like setting, at a fraction of the cost of bigger gyms!
They say cheerleading is easy! It’s not! These athletes work for hours on these skills. They fall more times than you can imagine….but they get back up, dust themselves off and get back to it! They put their bodies and minds to the test every practice/game/competition! They train hard to make it look easy….but never underestimate what it takes to be a champion!
Want to give a shout out to our amazing choreographer for our routine this season! Katie Valentine, owner of Spirit Shape Up, killed it this year!! We are looking forward to getting this routine to the mat and looking forward to many years of choreo from this awesome company!!! 💗🧡🖤
