Fishers Multi-Faith Community for Compassion

Today, I had a great time talking to sixth grade Sunday school students at a local Indianapolis synagogue!
We talked about Islam, Muslims, Judaism and how Jewish and Muslim traditions are similar and how they are different. These kinds of conversations are so valuable in building a peaceful future. 🕌✡️
We need to be like a tree where our roots go deep into our own faith traditions, and the branches grow upwards building relationships and understanding about others.

Thank you to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community for hosting us at their Ramadan Iftar Dinner, and seeing their mosque. It was a great time to share beliefs and fellowship over food.
