We’re seeking a P25 System Technician to install, maintain, and repair mission-critical radio systems that keep first responders connected when it matters most.

🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Install & maintain P25 radio systems, repeaters, and consoles
✅ Troubleshoot hardware, software & RF issues
✅ Conduct system testing & optimization
✅ Travel to tower sites & support public safety teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience with P25 systems (L3Harris, Motorola, Tait, etc.)

Strong background in RF, electronics, or networking

Ability to read wiring diagrams & use test equipment

Valid driver’s license + ability to pass background & drug screening

🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Install, program & maintain P25 repeaters, consoles, and radios
✅ Troubleshoot RF, network, and hardware issues
✅ Conduct system testing, coverage analysis & maintenance
✅ Travel to sites to ensure systems stay mission-ready

🎯 What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience with P25 systems (L3Harris, Motorola, Tait, etc.)

Strong electronics, networking, and RF troubleshooting skills

Ability to read schematics & work independently
