Today Lauren was presented with a choice, miss her workout OR have a polite conversation with her tribe and bring them in to make her workout! She chose the latter! Lauren was able to keep her attendance streak alive, get a great workout in and see just how well behave her kids can be! If given the choice, be Lauren!

Transformation Tuesday! Cindy Thrine (age 71) started training at Exercise Inc 4 years ago to keep up with her grandchildren. Two years ago she was diagnosed with osteopenia. Her most recent DEXA screening shows normal bone density and she's on no medications.
