Crystal’s Custom Cheesecakes

The kitchen has been busy lately! Crystal’s Custom Cheesecake is now available by the slice at Some Guys Pizza Pasta Grill (SomeGuyspizza.com). Stop in at both locations (Allisonville and Carmel) for some amazing ravioli and pizza, and take home a slice of my cheesecake! Open for carryout and delivery only- opens today at 4pm and my Red Velvet Cheesecake is on the menu. Dulce de Leche Ricotta Cheesecake Bars...I made some Dulce de Leche this afternoon and decided it would be great on top of these ricotta cheesecake bars on a pecan graham crust. I made 2, if anyone is interested. One is ours!

A beautiful Red Velvet Swirl with white chocolate shavings on cream cheese frosting and a Caramel Milky Way with mini chocolate chips and Milky Way bits on caramel cream cheese frosting getting ready to go out the door for Laurie Krieg (one of my favorite customers! 😊). I catered her daughter’s wedding in September, and unfortunately the bride and groom only got my wedding cake- no cheesecake!
