Job Description
Do you have an eye for design and the creative skills to bring your ideas to life? Are you studied or self-taught in the design principles of emphasis, balance and alignment, contrast, repetition, proportion, movement, and white space? Are you proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products?

Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced designer who will help bring our services to life creating interest and curiosity by applying the fundamentals of design theory to their individual creativity.

You must have a winning mix of creative energy, proven ability to develop collateral and visual design from concept to ex*****on and a willingness to get hands-on in partnership with other collaborators; and strong attention to detail.

You will work under the supervision of the Co-Founder to produce a high-quality work product. If you have a sharp eye for details, can communicate well, and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

About You

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years graphic design experience
Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are key
Ability to shift priorities as needed
Good humor and positive, can-do attitude is required
Use various techniques and tools to create drafts, models, and prototypes
Ability to consistently produce professional work product for digital media campaigns
Proficient in design software graphics editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud & related Apps)
Office Tools (Google & Microsoft)
Understanding of visual elements (Typography, Layout, Color Theory…)
Eye for Detail
Previous work experience with a Startup or In-house is ideal but not mandatory
