Pro Net Sports Facility Speed and Vertical training program.
July tryouts are just around the corner. 🏐
The athletes who stand out at tryouts are putting in the work long before they walk into the gym. Speed, strength, agility, and confidence are built during the offseason.

Lateral speed is about more than moving side to side fast.
Athletes need to be able to:
• absorb force
• stay balanced under movement
• re-accelerate efficiently
• move with control at game speed
3D band-resisted work helps challenge movement mechanics, positioning, and force application in ways that transfer directly to sport.
Different athletes. Different sports. Same focus on movement quality and performance.

Core training is about more than abs.
A strong core helps athletes:
• stay balanced under pressure
• transfer force more efficiently
• move with better control and stability
These exercises are designed to build strength that actually carries over to speed, jumping, and overall athletic performance.
Train the core to support the movement.
Toe jumps train athletes to be quick, reactive, and efficient off the ground.
This type of work improves:
• ground contact time
• lower leg strength
• balance and control
• overall quickness
Small movements like this make a big difference in how athletes move on the court.
Train to be light, fast, and controlled.

Speed is not just physical. It is also reaction and timing.
Ball toss work challenges athletes to:
• track movement
• react quickly
• stay controlled under pressure
These small details improve coordination, focus, and game-speed reactions.
Train the reaction. Not just the movement.
