Ultimate Personal Training LLC

Per our state requirements we will be closing Wednesday 3/25 until April 7. While we will not be inside the gym we can still be training at home and outside. Let us take this time to focus less on exercise and more on mental health as the next few weeks and beyond will be challenging. Let’s enjoy the simplicity of at home and outdoor workouts. The rest and relaxation for the body to be recovered and ready for training. There is no time better than now to learn or hone in on your meal prep skills. Take these next two weeks for yourself and invest in your physical and mental health.
All clients will be contacted about their at home training options over this time.

No pilates 2/18 or 2/25 as Sarah is off to run a marathon at Disney! We wish her luck!! Pilates will resume as normal in March.

Pilates is canceled for today (1/28), but will resume as normal next week!

What does this meal prep look like to you? Delicious? I thought so too! SO proud of one of my clients who has really been taking the time to ask questions and learn. Not only learn but implement actual change in her diet with what works for her crazy busy schedule. She makes no excuses anymore! This is some of her meal prep for the week.
