Today, a client asked if I remove all of the lashes during a fill. The answer is no. During a fill any healthy natural lash that no longer has an extension, will have a new extension applied. Also when your natural lash is going through an active growth stage, and the extension is now too far down on the natural lash (as seen in this picture) that extension is removed, and a new extension is placed.
