Idea Recruitment is partnering with our client to find a detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to support clinical teams in a fully remote role.

📍 Must live in: Clay, Duval, Nassau, or St. Johns County, FL
🗓 Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

This role focuses on case coordination, data entry, document review, and communication to help ensure accuracy and compliance across client files.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of administrative and data entry experience, strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and case management systems.
