Every living thing has a dharma, a purpose. It's a blessing to aid others in working toward a better quality of life in mind, body and spirit. To offer holistic wellness options, assist them in overcoming traumas, and shed energetic baggage that does not serve their highest good. What an honor it is to receive messages from spirit guides, and bear witness to the undying love between living and non-living souls, that transcends time and space.

We are not our story; the ending is not yet written. I use my personal trials and tribulations as a means to inspire others. To continually raise my vibration while helping others do the same. To leave others better than whence I found them. To empower others by facilitating their blossoming growth. To create a safe space where they are seen, heard and valued. The work deepens as our trust builds. Ultimately, none can save us but ourselves. All begins within.

Autumn has spent over 30 years in the security field and is an Army Veteran. In 2008 she changed careers and awakened a slumbering old soul.
She is a licensed Massage Therapist, Educator, Medical Intuitive, Paranormal Investigator and Animal Rescuer. Her abilities come from Touch, Reading Energy and her beliefs in Elements and Nature. She does Reiki, Oracle Readings and Psychometry, which is object reading (i.e. pocket watch, other small sentimental item).
