Simmer has gone into hibernation for the season!
Thank you for another unforgettable rooftop season — full of sunsets, good vibes, and even better company.
We’ll be back in the spring… refreshed, recharged, and ready to simmer again.
Sometimes life simmers up a surprise or two—Simmer will be closed this evening due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll be back next weekend and ready to keep the good times going!

Due to the cold weather and incoming rain, we’ll be closed today. Stay warm and dry, and we’ll see you soon!
We plan on being open tomorrow from 5–11 PM – grab your crew and catch that golden-hour rooftop view with a drink in hand.
