Cummings Great Expectations

In honor of Black History Month, we acknowledge Tenesa Thompson, the Director of Family and Community Engagement at Voices for Children Advocacy Center. With a keen focus on the prevention of child abuse, she plays a pivotal role in educating the community, caregivers, and children about this crucial issue. Her impact is evident through the successful implementation of the ROAR program in Genesee and Shiawassee Schools and her pivotal role in establishing the Voices for Children's Family Resource Center.
