Not every wedding day looks the same, and honestly… I love that. 🤍
Angel + Brandon chose to do things their way with an intimate lakeside elopement surrounded by a small group of their closest people before celebrating with everyone else back home in a few weeks.
The views were unreal, the weather kept us on our toes, emotions were high, and somehow the entire day felt both peaceful and adventurous all at once.
So grateful I got to document this chapter for these two and I already cannot wait for round two of celebrating with all their friends + family soon ✨

Wedding season is officially in full swing and this weekend I’ll be heading to the UP to document another beautiful wedding day 🤍

One thing people don’t always see behind photography is the amount of planning that goes into making a wedding day flow smoothly. This week has been filled with timelines, family photo lists, location planning, backup plans, check ins, packing gear, charging batteries, and making sure my couples can actually ENJOY their day without feeling stressed.

I genuinely love this part of the job just as much as the photos themselves. Being trusted with such important moments will never feel normal to me.

Now excuse me while I overpack for the UP and romanticize every coffee stop, lake view, and backroad on the drive there 🌲✨
