Still battling this Plantar Fasciitis Morton's Neuroma . If you don't know what it is PF is a very painful and debilitating foot condition tbat can hit all of a sudden, and that happened to me on December 21, 2017. Morton's Neuroma is nerve entrapment to the 3rd and 4 Metertarsal in your foot that causes pain upon walking. IT HAPPENED TO ME SO I COULD EDUCATE SOMEONE ELSE! LADIES CHEAP FLIP FLOPS AND POINTY TOE SHOES ARE NOT GOOD FOR OUR FEET BECAUSE THERE IS NO ARCH SUPPORT. OVERTIME THIS CAN CAUSE MAJOR FOOT PROBLEMS, POSSIBY EVEN WORSE THAN WHAT I'M DEALING WITH!
I am praying these problems will resolve itself soon!
