-Must have at least 2 years of proven maintenance experience
-Must be flexible with a can-do attitude
-Must be available nights & weekends for after hours emergency work orders (rotating weekends)

EXPERIENCE WITH:
Light Electrical
Light Plumbing
Drywall Patching
Painting
Ceramic Tiling
Door and Counter Top Repairs/ Replacement
Completing Work Orders
Detailed Finishing Work (mini-blinds, caulking, etc.)
Fixing Appliances
Boilers

Must have your own tools, truck, and a valid drivers license. Must be able to pass drug and criminal screening.
