Dear Valued Client of FFPA,

We know that there’s widespread concern in our community about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), and we want you to know that your health is our top priority at Forward Focus Psychological Associates. At this time, Forward Focus remains open for scheduled appointments and we are taking extra precautions to ensure that we are following safety guidelines set out by the CDC to ensure the well-being of our clients. We ask that you also follow recommendations for maintaining the health and safety of yourself and others.

With the increasing uncertainty and growing number of infected individuals around the world, we encourage you to take responsibility for yourself and your family. Though the risk remains low, it’s important to take a proactive approach to minimize exposure. If you’ve recently traveled out of the country or you or someone close to you has recently traveled to or from Iran, South Korea, China, Europe, or the UK, it may be best that you consider postponing your appointment and/or we can arrange for you to speak to your therapist by phone and/or if needed, telehealth sessions can be arranged. Similarly, If you’re exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness, we urge you to stay home, take care of yourself, and seek medical help when appropriate.

If it becomes necessary for the office to close and/or it is best for us to work towards offering options for maintaining sessions remotely, we will provide you with information on how to set up such services as needed.
