This building is a landmark in downtown Florence and I very much appreciate your dedication over the many years in maintaining this magnificent building and preserving its place and heritage in the city. Due to the buildings continued presence in downtown it is now guiding the appearance of future development in the downtown historic district. A big "Thumps Up" to Mr. Brown and his dedication to preserving our city's heritage. The excellent condition of this building is an example of a downtown property owner being truly responsible over the years when the city had little in their ordinance codes to require it. Glynn F.
