GLUTEN-FREE CUPCAKES
The game-changer. Instead of standard flour, we use a custom blend of almond and rice flours. The result? A slightly denser, incredibly moist bite with a richer flavor profile because of the almond base.

THE VERDICT
If you want the lightest possible cake, go Traditional.
If you want a richer, fudgier crumb (or need to avoid gluten entirely), go Gluten-Free. Honestly, half our Northern Kentucky clients order the GF just because they prefer the taste.
